Chews & treats should be transferred to an air tight container and stored in a cool dry place. All treats should avoid damp, warm or humid conditions. We recommend a shelf life of 3 months from the point you recieve your delivery. For treats which come in a resealable packet, we receommend using these within 4 weeks of being opened. Please ensure these items are stored in a cool & dry environment, avoiding warm or humid conditions.

We post all our parcels via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is usually received within 2-3 working days. Parcels are posted Monday - Friday. All orders placed before 12pm will be posted the same day.
