SHIPPING & RETURNS

Ralphie's aims to dispatch all orders received before 12pm on the same day.  Orders are dispatched to Royal Mail using Click & Drop.  This is our preferred service as it provides security and speed of delivery.  If you would prefer to use other shipping services please let us know. 

The cost of shipping has been kept to the absolute least amount and for all orders over £45 there is a free shipping option.

Royal Mail service terms state that Tracked 24 items are delivered between 1 – 3 working days.  During busy periods there may be slight delays, eg Christmas and Pandemics.

Bank holidays may delay your items being shipped. Please be patient as your order will be delivered as soon as possible over these periods. 

If you are ordering multiple items we will try to reduce packaging by placing the items together in either a box or pouch. if you would prefer them to be packaged as separate please get in touch when you place the order.   

 

In the event that you wish to return an order or part of an order then please notify us by e-mail, ralphiesnaturaltreats@outlook.com. We would only accept items that are received in a re-sellable condition, unused and not opened. If you have received items that arrive in a damaged condition or are faulty then please notify us by e-mail.

 

Please note we DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. If you are unsatisfied with your products please contact us and we will help you. If you order the wrong items you will need to make a new order for the correct items. Please contact us for replacing items that  were sent in error or if they are damaged and / or faulty.
